Anyway to Mass delete ALL users from the CP?

is there an option, or something in the CP that we can just choose and have it delete ALL members from the database?

You need to run this query through the mysql client in telnet or phpMyAdmin:

DELETE * FROM user WHERE userid != '1'

Replace 1 with your userid - if you delete that then you won't be able to get into the CP any more.
