Access for voting on a poll

I don't want to let peeps to vote on a poll in a certain forum.

All of the permissions work fine, except for voting on a poll.
The registered users (which I gave access for voting in their user Group) can still vote on the forum on which I forbidden them.

I changed this option in in the forum permision (modify Forums) to:
Can vote on polls = No

But they still can .

Could you please tell me if this is a known bug, or tell me if you gyus can reproduce this problem.
