Okay I have figured out how to ban an IP address... Now, how do I ban an individual username? Also when I ban the IP address what happens? Can they not log in anymore? View the forums? What about when I ban the uesrname?

IP -- prevents them from viewing any page in the forum
Username -- prevents users from registering with the banned strings in their username
