Should be in the same group of templates. All the forumdisplay_forumbit_levelXX_post templates.
You can always turn on template commenting in the options under templates to find the exact one.Translations provided by Google.

Where is the template name displayed when commenting is turned on? I have it enabled, but dont see it anywhere? BUG?...Comment

Did you look in the comments of the page source?
