    Great..should I call my hosting?
    Doubt they'll do anything, but you can try.

    I am new to this..add that to what? Do you mean like this:
    http://www.stumede.com/forums/admin/index.php?nozip=1
    Yes.

    I can now see my CP login now in Netscape, but still can't get in.
    In admin/global.php turn off password checking by changing
    $checkpwd=1;
    to
    $checkpwd=0;

    Then go to http://www.stumede.com/forums/admin/...ptions&nozip=1 , turn off Gzip'ing and submit the form. It may do that weird redirection thing, but it should fix everything.

    Going to http://www.stumede.com/forums/index.php should work.

    You'll then want to undo the change you made to admin/global.php.

    You can add ?nozip=1 (&nozip=1 if there's already a ? ) to disable it. Doing so, see if you can get into the control panel to turn it off.

    I know there is no support for RC3, but just some ideas would help me out.

    My forum is:
    http://www.stumede.com/forums/index.php

    I don't know what version of PHP I am using..I do know it's not PHP3.
    I am on win 98 second editon. My server is unix running apache.

    I have no clue what page it is redirecting my users, I will email them and ask....as I said before it works fine for me on IE5.5..Netscape6 however doesn't redirect me at all it just stalls and stops. But I can view this board with netscape 6.

    Thanks ed for your help,

    sam

    Well I have upgraded to RC3 and getting the same problem...Netscape 6.01 doesn't even go to the boards..just hangs and stops. But as I said before, this is wierd because I can see the boards here on N6.01.

    IE 6 doesn't work and for me either. had to uninstall. Now to make matters worse people say they can't see it on IE 5.0 and IE 5.5.--But I have IE5.5 and see it fine. I do know for a fact it works great on aol6 --(like that matters) and IE 5 on a mac.

    Any idea what the problem could be?
