what do i put on install when it asks for database server type?

im running this board off my own pc-so which file do i edit to give myself permission?

you have to edit a config file, i think it's config.php? i can't remember, don't have vB in front of me right now....
but you edit the file and put your MySQL location, username and password in there.....
the file should be located under the Admin folderComment

I haven't messed with vb5 since 5.0 and we had to edit presentation file at that time. When going in to edit the file it is different and says
This file should NOT be modified. Only renamed....Sat 11 Jul '15, 9:20am -
My vB 5.3.3.dosn't look like these. After I unzipped the package, here is a screen of the upload file.
"htaccess.txt" is "htaccess"
"/core/includes/config.php.new"...Fri 29 Sep '17, 1:01pm
