  • What does this error mean?

"There seems to have been a slight problem with the database. Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

    We apologise for any inconvenience."

What is wrong? Is the Mysql dbase messed up somehow? This is on a new board. Just installed, so there are no users yet besides me. So it cant be too busy or anything.

    Thanks in advance

you're on your own dedicated server ?

if so you can fix it by running myisamchk if you're using mysql 3.23.x or isamchk if you're running mysql 3.22.x

steps are outlined here - http://i4net.tv/marticle/get.php?act...le&articleid=7
