Help Installing

I get this error on the 3rd step of the install......

I am using f2s.com to host.

Try changing your database server address from "localhost" to "127.0.0.1"

the problem is that f2s.com now is not working! on some boards f2s works now but many boards now since yesterday aren't working because the server of f2s is down!

i've send f2s a mail for the problem!
