Moving site from one host to another

Hi,
I'm curious how difficult it is to move a vBulletin message board from one host to another. Can someone give me a very brief explanation of how to do it? I'm assuming I only need to export my templates and import them into the newly-installed site. I only installed vBulletin last week so I don't have a database I need to worry about. I only want to save the templates I've revised.

That's great info.. In my case I don't have to worry about the database since my site hasn't gone live yet, so I will just start my database from scratch again.... so my plan is to 1. download my existing style set, 2. reinstall the board onto the new server and 3. upload the style set to the new board.
Is that all I need to do to save all the templates I've made changes to?
