  • Moderator lost moderator rights

One of my moderators has lost moderating rights and I cannot get them back no matter what I try.

I have removed her as moderator and reinstated her, no luck.
I have checked all her rights, no luck.
I have compared to other moderators - everything is as it should be.
I have looked in mySQL database to doublecheck - fine.

She said that just before it happend, she pressed the moderator options in a forum where she wasn't moderator by mistake.

I have logged in with her profile to check myself, and she just haven't got her rights.

I have 65 moderators and have been going for a year without any problems.

What can be causing this and how can I get her moderator rights back?

    From Denmark

Have you also checked > Admin Control Panel > Forums & Moderators > View all Moderators > and edit her where her name appears behind the forums she moderates?

Yes, she has the same rights as the other moderators:

      Can edit posts -Y
      Can delete posts -Y
      Can manage threads (move,copy,split,etc) -Y
Can open and close threads -Y
      Can mass move threads -Y
      Can mass prune threads -Y

      ( Not many, but it's kids )

Is she in more than one usergroup?

Sorry, we get so few vB2 questions anymore.

Have you installed any hacks (including portals) or added any code to the headinclude, header or phpinclude templates? If not, fill out a support ticket at:

              http://www.vbulletin.com/members/mem...ontactform.php

Be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP. If you have installed hacks or added code, then remove the hacks first then check and see if you still have this problem. If so, leave the default vB files in place and fill out the support request.
