      Good Question

This is good question. I have asked the same question and the
answer was "when it's done". Which is an answer, but not a
mature one. A realistic answer would have been better.

Another question is when will good documentation be ready.
If the finished documentation is anything like the current one,
we will all spend way too much time using this board than is
necessary. This is my one major disappointment with vb 2.
I know it's in beta, but given that there is no "official" support
then maybe it should be sold for less?

My major wish list for this program is
      1. That it get completed (out of beta)
      2. Documentation that allows me to figure it out.

I am aware that it takes time to do all of the above.
Maybe the programmers work on the program part-time cause
they have full time jobs. But Please never answer a question with
"when it's ready". It's bad customer service.

"When it's done" is good enough. Programmers can really not give you a clear deadline due to unexpected bugs and etc.

probably better than when it is done is "when all the bugs are fixed". You can see the exact progress of bug fixing in the bug forum so you should have as good an estimate to a release date for a bug free version as the developers do.

Hmm when I do charge back, my bank asks me nothing but do charge back. I never contacted the original saler to do charge back.

well through email with Jim i must admit that i am VERY wrong about their customer service skills.......it appears that an email was misplaced and that is why it was never taken care of......James was very kind in refunding my $65 installation fee.....he even went beyond that to make sure i was satisfied......

Once again, a public appology to James as well as the whole vbulletin board community here......i have learned a few valubale lessons here.....thanks to you James

BTW, wluke is writing up some documentation for v2, he mentioned not to long ago that he already has 35+ pages...

Jelsoft will also have some documentation when v2 is released to the public as a final product.
