How To Show "post edited by" on forums? Usual Solutions Not working.

Hello,
I run a Vbulletin forum at forums.mobileburn.com and am having trouble figuring out how to enable the "edited by" feature. I have searched for past solutions to this issue and visited the following threads:

For some reason, I cannot find the "Usergroup Manager". All I have in the left column menu under "User Groups" is : Add, Modify, and Forum Permissions. I am running forum version 2.3.4.

We recently added the version 2 manual there too.


Follow Admin Control Panel > Usergroups > Modify > edit the usergroup you want and 'show edited by' option.

Thanks for your help, but I have already tried looking in there and found no option to "show edited by". These are all the user group edit options available to me:
