  • Getting an error after importing a database

    Hey,
Im getting the following error after importing a database:

    [quote]Database error in vBulletin 2.3.2:

    Invalid SQL:
    SELECT t.title, p.userid, p.postid, p.dateline, p.potddateline, u.username
    FROM post p, thread t, user u
    WHERE u.userid = p.userid
    AND t.threadid = p.threadid
    AND p.potddateline >= 1083214800
    ORDER BY p.potddateline DESC
mysql error: Unknown column 'p.potddateline' in 'field list'

    mysql error number: 1054

    Date: Thursday 29th of April 2004 10:53:32 AM/quote]

From what I can see in the database it looks like it all imported successfully and all tables seem to be working fine.

    Thanks
    John

Its a test forum Im importing to as Im installing a very big hack and dont want to do it on my live forum before I try do it offline.
The database Im using is a backup of my current live site.

Im on 2.3.2 because I haven't updated my live forum because of the hacks installed

Are you using the same files as the live site?

Im guessing your having a problem with a hack, which you should know we dont give support for hacked boards here, you can try over at vBulletin.org

          Hey,
I reuploaded all php files and that seemed to do the trick.
Not sure what was wrong before, maybe a few of the files didn't overwrite.

          Thanks for the help
