Timing Out during posts

We have sessions time out quick for security reasons. The only problem I have is when it prompts you for your user name and password (re login) after say pushing the submit button on a long message, it doesn't post the message. It says no forum was specified and post is lost. I have to tell users to copy messages now before completing their post because of this.

Any ideas?

Raise the cookie timeout. Not much else you can do.
