  • Help - Admin Control Panel not retrieving searches

WHen I try to search for users, or those awaiting moderation, confirmation, etc.... I get "no results matches criteria" or something. What is wrong?

Which version of vB are you running? Do you have any hacks installed or have you modified any of the code?

I think its version 2.3. I have a skin attached to it too.

It was working fine until a week ago. No searching can be done in the control panel. ****ola.

What do i do, can someone walk me thru some phone support? The ISP Ventures online said they wont help me.

First thing to do is to upgrade to vB 2.3.5. If you still have this problem after that and you have not installed any hacks, then fill out a support ticket at:

        http://www.vbulletin.com/members/mem...ontactform.php

Be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP.

Will the upgrade affect my skin?

How do i know what version I am on now? Where can I check?

You can find your version number by logging into the Admin CP.

Your styles won't be affected by upgrading to 2.3.5, but you should read all the new version announcements since your version to see which templates have changed. To get the full benfit of bug fixes and improvements, you should consider reverting any changed templates and redoing your modifications.
