I am in need of the vbulletin 2.2.x software to work with some hacks from vbulletin.org. Is there anyway I can get a copy?

You cannot acceess older versions of vBulletin, nor can anyone give it to you, most older hacks will work with 2.3.4 just ask in the thread.
