Unregistered users can post, even when they shouldn't be able to.

I set all my forums so unregistered users cannot post.

Yet a logged in user was able to post with a new nick. See here:

Is there any way to prevent that from happening?

I am not sure why that was able to happen. Has it happened anywhere else, or is it just in that one place? Also, which user was it in that post that did that?

That has been the only place so far that it's happened. The original poster was chinese perKanator. He posted with his own username right after the bogus post.

On a side note, I've logged myself out, and then I couldn't post without logging back in.
