AAAAAAAAAAAA bad situation

my memberdatas are now at my provider and no one at the normal page can i read how i upgrade a vb board

can anywhan help me please? i download the upgrade yesterday and now i cant work :(

why that not aviable at the normal sites? not userfriendly i think...

simple:
1. Download the upgrade
2. unzip it
3. upload the files over the existing ones
4. run admin/upgrade.php
5. If step 4 works, delete upgrade.php
