users get empty password confirmation emails

Next problem :(

When a new user registers, he or she gets an empty password confirmation mail. It used to work (2600 users registered without any problem), but since we had a major sql problem lately (see another thread), it might be the cause for this misbehavior, I don't know.

I fixed it temporarily by diabling the "confirm email" option but I really like to have the confirmation back.

Any idea?

Addendum: the template for the confirmation email does exist and has not been modified.

Oops, my bad works now...

Looks like I had the url in for the boards with the index.php ectension, which as messing up the urls.

Sorry to bring this up again:
But the issue is still not solved for us. We need email verification _urgently_ since our memberbase is growing and we get _lots_ of "user unknown" mails because of people signing up with fake mails.

Anyone any idea about this? I compared template "verifymail", it's 100% like the original.

Email verification used to work, I have no idea why it suddenly stopped.
