1.1.5 UBB import causing problems

Please see this thread ([url]http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=14013[/url]) for a description of this problem. I can recreate this on both my 1.1.5 and 2.0 beta 5 versions of VB that were created via the UBB import script.

I really need a fix for this asap.
