    We are pleased to announce two new additions to the services offered by Jelsoft.

    Telephone Sales

    We now have a toll-free number (in the U.S. and Canada) for pre-sales questions relating to vBulletin. This number is 1-877-326-6444 and is available from 9am to 5pm PST (GMT - 8), Monday to Friday. Please note that this is for pre-sales questions only, and we are unable to offer any technical assistance via this telephone number.

    Premium Telephone Support

    In addition to the free support options we provide to all customers (via the forums and the official support system), we have now put together a premium support option that includes toll-free (in the U.S.) telephone support. By purchasing a vBulletin telephone support contract, you will
    be able to speak to a Jelsoft representative about any technical issue relating to your vBulletin installation(s). This toll-free technical support number is available from 9am to 5pm PST (GMT - 8), Monday to Friday.

    This premium telephone support options are available in the following packages:
    • Premium Telephone Support - 12 Months (+$300)
    • Premium Telephone Support - 6 Months (+$180)
    • Premium Telephone Support - 1 Month (+$60)
