The default logo or one that you uploaded?
If it is an image you uploaded, then you should use a graphic application for this. On Windows, I used to use Paint.net to resize images. On MacOS, I use Pixelmator Pro.
This site offers to do image resizing free: https://imageresizer.com/
For the default image, you can use CSS as it in an SVG image and will grow to its container. I can give you an exampled if that is what you meant.Translations provided by Google.
