    Right this is now fixed, with some database jiggery-pokery and a copy of tools.php.

    The problem should however be cured in Beta 21. Stay tuned!

    Ok please create me an admin login with SQL query permissions (that part is set in core/includes/config.php)

    The first issue is one I also ran into.

    It can be fixed with a database query.

    Are you comfortable with running these? If so I will post up the details later on.

    after upgrading, there's some problems with the registered user settings. My registered user cannot post topics anymore despite having the right setting.

    are we able to change the color to the site using style manager? some of the settings cant seem to work when i changed color, eg Body Background Color

    Backup files and database.
    Upload all the files, making sure you overwrite them.
    Then run /install/upgrade.php

    can someone teach me how to upgrade to beta 20 (step by step) pls?

    do i replace all the files in the upgrade folder? and after replacing what should i do?
