        WHAT THE F... Has the entire team gone on vacation? Is Lynne the only support person that actually does anything?
        And YES this is an emergency because my 30k+ STILL can't post. This upgrade needs to complete so I can take care of ANOTHER issue happening in ticket 1202672.

            If someone is assigned to your ticket, they'll work on it from start to finish, unless they're going to be gone for more than 24 hours. So only a single person works on the issue generally until its resolved, unless they're unable to resolve it.
