  • Upgrading to 5.0.2 patch 1 - Problems with everything except the frontpage

We have updated to the latest forum software 5.0.2 patch 1. We upgraded from 3.8.7(?)

We upgraded the forum software in the folder /f5/, after this we deleted the old forum software (all files) in the root and moved the vBulletin 5 software from /f5/ to the root. We changed the settings in both config.php files. Now, the frontpage itself is ok, showing content from the database. But ALL links are broken if you follow the links at the frontpage. I guess the problem is the url rewrite?? We use mysql/linux.

The forum is now closed and we have approx. 20.000 registered members.

    Please help

The Core URL is correct. Is there any other place at the Admincp I must write the url?
The url in both config.php files are correct.

I would suggest raising a support ticket at this point, as we will need the following:

        Site URL
        AdminCP login
        FTP login

We can then take a look and find out what's wrong.

The Admincp in the core folder works fine, it is mostly everything for the frontend-users that is not working.

Most likely cause is the .htaccess wasn't uploaded.
