URL friendly in htacces

Hello, I'm new in vBulletin and I would like to do few changes to my froum URL and I don't have any idea if it is possible or not.

1). I would like to remove/replace the accents in URL

forum/universități/timișoara

to

forum/universitati/timisoara

2). I would like to change this URL

/forum/universități/timișoara/universitatea-tibiscus

to

/forum/[unique number or node number]-universitatea-tibiscus

example final URL:

/forum/92-universitatea-tibiscus

3). Topic URL

forum/lifestyle/sfaturi-pentru-problemele-de-zi-cu-zi/35-test

to

/topic/35-test/

4). Redirect from

/index.php

to the domain name

You can remove accents from URLs in the AdminCP under Settings -> Options -> Site Routing and URLs and set "Use Ascii in URLS" to Yes.

#2 Topics already use a unique ID in the URL. You would have to manually edit the URL for each channel by editing the page and saving it in Site Builder.

#3 Isn't possible unless you have a channel named topic.
