    I voted for it, but I rather see some features added, like make the URL's more userfriendly / shorter like this feature request: http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBV-4528

    The fact that something is in Jira does not mean it will definitely be added to the software. The developers take everything into account but they have to prioritise work.

    Lets try to make this, beucause if we wait the support we die with no code

    i found this conditional for vb5
    PHP Code:
    <vb:if condition="$bbuserinfo['userid'] == 0">
    <
    p>Register for view links
    <br />
    </
    p>
    <
    vb:else />CODE LINK OR CODE BB CODE HERE
    </vb:if>
    now i need found the area when the bb code start and put this, no idea how to search.

    Maybe links shouldn't just be invisible/hidden, but be replaced by a text: "You need to be logged in in order to see links." (or something similar, preferably customizable in the AdminCP) That way users can actually see that they are missing something. Otherwise they might just wonder where the expected link is.

    I already create a question to this in vBulletin 5 Support Issues & Questions
    http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forum...-hide-bb-codes

    They says there isn't a lot of demand for it.
    we need to show that they are wrong because I feel a tremendous lack of this function that was so good at vbulletin 4

    As they have no need to hide links to get records here, they think that this function is not useful. Well I believe that besides being useful should be a native vbulletin FUNCTION since it depends on the income from my site. I WILL NOT GIVE UP. I really need this function, even if I have to create a new thread all the months both here and vb3 forum.

    PLEASE UPVOTE IN JIRA!
