    As of now it would appear that there is no centralized management for the new vb5 pages.
    Once you create a page you can only access via the url you set when editing the page.
    You can't just open up the Admin CP and modify pages like forums.
    Nor can you see custom pages in the front-end page manager.
    Unless you directly access the page by url, you won't even know it's there.

    My suggestion is to make pages manageable other then by viewing the page and clicking the Edit Page button.

      Go to Site Builder > Edit Page > Page Map
