    When they changed your PHP version, did they overwrite the existing vBulletin .htaccess file? If they did, then their new .htaccess file has to be combined with the vBulletin one. Changing the version in .htaccess usually takes 2 lines of code. Copy these lines of code from the hosting providers, .htaccess and paste them at the top of the htaccess.txt file that ships with vBulletin. Rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess and upload it to your server into the directory where vBulletin is installed.

    Upgrade started then failed

    I uploaded the files for the 5.6.2 upgrade, I started the upgrade process and the PHP on my site had not been upgraded so I had to request the host do that. They have completed the task I went back to the https://www.example.com/forums/install/upgrade.php and got the following see attached photo. What am I missing here?
