upgrade from 5.5.4 to 5.5.5 : had to switch language to English and relaunch

to share experience on update to 5.5.5 (php 7.1.30, linux, apache, sqlserver 5.6.43)

while upgrading from 5.5.2 (french as default language) to 5.5.5, error on language during step 5.5.4 to 5.5.5... was advises to use tool.php if I saw well.

i lost the exact message without snapshoting... sorry !

i went to language in admincp and switched english as default & relaunched successfully.

after upgrade, i switched back to french & all is fine.
