You have one or more duplicate entries in your threadviews table. You'll need to remove the duplicate records manually.

If you don't care about thread views, you can empty the table in PHPMyAdmin.

What is the name of the table I will delete from PHPMyAdmin?

Not delete. Empty. There is a very big difference between the two operations. As I said in my post above, it is the threadviews table.

                I understood
But there is no table named threadviews

                But there is

                tachythreadcounter

                tachythreadpost

                thread_post

                thread_serviceupdate

                what should I do?

Restore the database backup that you created before upgrading. Upgrade to vBulletin 4.2.5 to make sure all the vBulletin 4 tables are created properly. Make a new database backup. Then upgrade to vBulletin 5.
