I upgraded recently to VB5.30 and was reading on how to update through sitebuilder. I do not have the option to enable it. I feel like I'm missing something simple.

I would recommend making this a default for a site administrator on an upgrade, or document it in the upgrade procedure. -
If your user id is listed as a super administrator in the /core/includes/config.php, you will be given the permission on upgrade.Translations provided by Google.

After the upgrade I upgraded php version to 7.0.4
My forum is substantially faster.
No problems.
