vb5 struggles

I need help. Lots of it. I paid for and had a vb PRO install. All of my settings are still a mess.

Infraction reporting, where does that end up?
User titles did not carry over. I need help sorting this, too.
Adding pictures to posts, where do I find the limits as the defaults are tiny, and the same goes for signatures. (Is this something that has to be done individually for all usergroups?)

I am certain I will return with even more questions.

Infractions go into the Message Center.

User titles...if these didn't carry over then it's unlikely much can be done without restoring and starting again. This field isn't touched by the upgrade though. Were the originals definitely default ones and not replaced by an add-on such as DBTech's status mod? Are they present if you look at the user profile in the AdminCP?

Attachment limits are in the same place as they were in the admincp, but these should have carried over from your previous version as again they were not changed in the upgrade. AdminCP > Attachments > Attachment Type Manager.

OK, what I meant was my user title structure. If someone posts their title goes from lurker to member, etc. That does not seem to be working. Any ideas? CRON jobs or something? They are in there.

The file size limits definitely look different and everyone is complaining. The thumbnails are coming out teeny, weeny as well. (And was NEVER like that before)

How can I get the message center to display to myself and my Mods? I can only find it via Channel Manager! Is there a way to change that and get those reports into my Moderator section?
