I have a problem .. when I'm disconnected (Not Logged In) and I'm in Articles choose page information from the browser and see instead has UTF-8 I get ISO-8859-7 !!! When I make my connection would normally utf-8 !! The problem, remove only the CMS not the forum ..
My base and xml is in UTF-8.
