    Can try editing the database so routeid can be null but it is a most likely a primary key.
    Tried to reopen the JIRA ticket with no sucess. No one is answering.

    Can you zip your database up and make it available to our developers here: http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBV-1072

    They can't currently recreate it but want to work on it with your database.

    May be related to this issue: http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBV-1072

    You can petition to reopen. The developers may need a copy of your database to find and fix the error.

    Can you run this query in phpMyAdmin (or equivalent) and post the results:

    describe vb4_routenew;
