As mentioned several times now, you need to start your own thread.

Each issue is different. Even similar looking errors can have completely different causes.
For this and other reasons, each person needs to start their own thread with full details of the issue they are having.
We will not provide assistance to you in other people's threads.

    ok, thank you!

certainly that no two copies of files accessing the same database. according to the manual, I can overwrite or remove the original folder, correct? I performed the backup and removed the old folder.

I chose to remove the previous folder. this is the problem? I should overwrite the old folder and not remove it?

If you're upgrading a live site why are you uploading into a new folder? You cannot have two copies of the files accessing the same database without causing problems. When you upgrade, you need to overwrite the folders directly. If your server doesn't process the redirect properly, then you need to go to /core/install/upgrade.php to start the upgrade process. The instructions we provide work on 90% of all servers. They would work on all servers if we could count on them to be configured properly and without specific versions of software.

error in the preparation of the update

friends, is a very basic problem.
    I have the 512 version-PL3 and I will make migration to versão513.
after backup, realized the recommendations in the manual regarding the files "upload" folder (http://www.vbulletin.com/en/manual/).
I transferred the folder "upload" to the server and renamed to "forum". but the upgrade process did not begin with the address: http://..../forum/core/install/upgrade.php
and Board continued to operate normally, even without the "forum" original folder!
I returned the original folder "forum" and I renamed the folder "upload" to "forum2" but even so, I can not access the upgrade file with the address: http://..../forum2/core/install/upgrade.php

I'm certainly doing something wrong. but what? can help me?

    Thank you!
