installing on my godaddy host. When i had Vb4 installed it worked just find. But now its just getting stuck on step 13. Its been installing for like 15 minutes on that step and not sure what else to do. Any ideas?

I am trying to upgrade from 4.2.3 to 5.2.6, but keep getting stuck. I used the original code from the repository.
