Forum not showing correctly after Install

I'm really stumped as to what is causing this. I can gain access to the admin cp with no issues, I can do everything that I expect admin cp to do.

However the forum itself is looking rather broken.

Any ideas?

You didn't edit the /config.php file correctly. It still says yourdomain.com instead of your actuall vBulletin forum url.
