5.0.1 to 5.0.2 Admin and site errors

I upgraded today from 5.0.1 to 5.0.2 and the AdminCP isn't working properly, it's missing most of the navigation on the left side. The Nav has been replaced with this:

I've uploaded all of the new files and run the upgrade script twice with the same result. I've tried checking in Opera, IE 10, and Firefox, and get the same result in each.

The forum itself isn't working, either. I can see all of the posts, but if I click "Add topic" nothing happens and if I try to reply to a post I get this error on an otherwise blank page:

The reply goes through, but the user won't know that unless they check the forum.

l would recommend downloading a fresh copy of the package from the member area; uploading it in ASCII format, taking care to overwrite all existing files; then re-run the upgrade script.

Thank you for the prompt reply. They're already being uploaded as ASCII (the php and js, not the jpgs), but I guess I'll try it again with Filezilla this time, and do everything as ASCII.

Fresh download installed via Filezilla as ASCII, and I'm still getting the blank AdminCP screen. Can I revert to 5.0.1?

I'd suggest trying it again, if it still won't work, please start a support ticket with AdminCP and ftp. I suspect you've still not overwritten the files on the server properly.

Should I be changing any file other than the root config.php? Maybe I'm missing something.

I attempted it one last time. Filezilla says 2390 files were successfully transferred, but still no admin navigation. I'll submit a support ticket.
