I just upgraded from vb4 to vb5 and none of my screens are correct - no images are being found etc....
what should I look for?

think I figured it out - bburl was set to the path that vb4 occupied and I installed vb5 in a different directory - I looked at the img tag of a broken image and it was pointing to my vb4 directory -
well - almost there - I an bring up the admincp but not the forumComment

Forum URL in VB5 has been changed to Core URL. It must end in /core now.Comment

Are you sure the .htaccess file or web.config have been uploaded?
What type of server are you on? Apache? IIS?
When you say the admincp works, is it the /admincp/ directory or /core/admincp/ ? because it's supposed to be the one without /core/ in it that works.

Can you give me at least 5 advantages of vB5 over vB4.
I'm using vb 10 years and for me vB5 is step backward.
I don't see any advantages in vB5.
