Question about creating a photo "database"

I have a quick question about VB5. I run a toy forum at www.hemanworld.com. What I am trying to do with my forum is create a toy gallery/photo archive. I see that this has been done on two VB4 sites using the forum software:

http://www.tfw2005.com/resources/

and

http://www.hisstank.com/database/

Is something like this possible with VB5?

Those are third party add ons, I'm not aware of any Gallery add ons for vB5 at this time.
