         background-image: url ('images / image name.png-jpg-gif');
         background-repeat: no-repeat;

    I had to turn this on and then go to my individual settings to turn on signatures. Is there a way to turn this on for every individual?

    If you don't want a dotted line, change "dotted" to "solid"

    If you want to change the colour of the line from the default just add

    border-color: color you want;

    Good to know, thanks Mark!

    However, this should be a core "feature" by default:

    If signatures are NOT SHOWING AT ALL under your posts, check this setting:

    AdminCP > Settings > Options > Topic Display Options (showthread) > Post Signature Inline

    Make sure this option is set to "Yes", if not, change it and save.

    How to add a signature divider

    By default, vB5's signatures do not have a dividing line to separate them from the post they are under.

    On longer posts this can make it difficult for users to distinguish where the post ends and the signature starts.

    To add a dividing line that matches the general styling, add this to the template css_additional.css:
    Code:
    .post-signature {
        border-top: 1px dotted {vb:stylevar post_controls_divider_color};
        margin-top: 0px;
        padding-top: 15px;
    }
