  • [Documentation] We need Stylevars vBulletin 5 in pdf

How can I download Stylevars for vBulletin 5 connect?

  • #2
Not sure what a PDF would provide. Each style variable should have a description in the AdminCP and they are divided into groups based on where they appear on the page. What are you looking for in a PDF?

in vb4 we had layout also shown, so it was really much easier to style.

Maybe something created after the fact. The actual style variable editor in vBulletin 4.X had less information and doesn't support inline help to show an image or anything. I don't have a PDF for vBulletin 5.

At least we need layouts of spacing stylevars. They are really buzzles.

There are no explicit "Spacing" style variables. The system does use margin and padding around elements like modules. If you want to edit the margins and/or padding on modules, you would scroll down and click on Modules. It will show all style variables affecting modules. Almost everything you see on any given page is a module.

You can then adjust the margins and padding on them. If you want to change margings and padding on the header, click on Header. Same for the footer.

"Spacing" is the third option from bottom of list on Stylevar page.

                You should ignore those variables.
