Lack of Communication.

For about 12 days now I've been waiting for support to contact me in regards to a issue that I am having on my website, basically upgrading it from Version four to five. I have to say that I am very disappointed as there's been no messaging back since Feb 16!! This isn't fair to me and my customers.

Is there a phone number or anyway to contact someone at Tech support as emailing and messaging doesn't work.
