Edit avatar doesn't show up to move, resize, crop...

I have tried for me and it works and it obviously works for other users...

However, I just had one user report that they are not able to upload an avatar.

Here is a screenshot that they sent me showing what they see...



It is obviously working just fine as far as I'm aware, but what could the issue be with this particular user?

Did they actually select an avatar from their phone's photos by tapping the Browse button on the previous screen?

I can only obtain this screen if I didn't choose an image to upload.

I'm not sure, I am assuming they did. I will ask them and find out.
