Enabling like button for guests

Is there any way to enable the like button for users that are not logged in/ guests ?

Would be nice if users could see their contributions are appreciated

This isn't possible, likes require a user account for both the giving and receiving.

And if you could enable Like for guests, then only one guest would be able to like the content. All guests are User ID: 0. Only one like per User ID is allowed.
