You can create Gallery Posts by clicking on the "Camera" icon above the editor.
You can see all the photos in a topic by clicking on the Photos tab above the topic.
You can see all the photos in a forum by clicking on the Photos tab above the topic listing in a forum.
You can make a forum into a Gallery by making the Photos tab the default view of that forum.
You can create User Albums to upload photos on your personal user profile.
We've supported User Albums since vBulletin 3.6.0.
