Topic deleted by Unknow - how can I delete this post/topic? in topics list? I have 5.6.3 vb version and don't know how to delete this entry. I can't delete it by my admin account.

Is your Admin also a Super Administrator per the /core/includes/config.php file?

Do they have all the moderator permissions under Channel Management -> Moderator Permissions?

I don't know how the item got into that state. It has no title, nodeid, or userid so it can't be looked up directly via query.

Does it still appear if you empty your system cache under Maintenance?

Without direct access to the server and database through a valid support ticket, I know of no way to determine how to remove this from your site.

You can remove it from view of regular users and guests by turning "Can View Deletion Notices" to No in the permissions.

You need to open a support ticket from your customer account. The link is also in the footer of every page on these forums.

I sent a ticket support but I have no contact for a few days, how long do you wait for a reaction on average?
