  • [Bug / Issue] Users can not recover password after upgrading

    Our website is located at
    If a user tries to recover a password they always get the error invalid server response.

    I turned on debug mode and the response I got was: {"errors":[["invalid_server_response_please_try_again"]]}

    This is what I see in debug mode when people go to the forgot password page.

    Can you let me know what I need to do to debug and fix this issue. Forgot password worked fine prior to the upgrade and I believe we upgraded from a 5.4.x or 5.5.x to 5.6.2

    Actually I want to provide an additional update. So the forgot password emails are actually being sent to the user when they fill out the form. Email is configured properly. The problem is that the user sees on the screen an error message that confuses them.

    You can duplicate this error by using the following email address

      It is a client side error. It will be resolved in 5.6.3. There is no way to fix it before then as the API has to return a different message than it did before.
