    Somthing has occured

    I am getting

    A System Error has occured.

The software is experiencing a systems error.

You should attempt to repeat your last action. If this error occurs again, please contact the site administrator.

The site was working cool, then apache restart and bang ! My guess is around .htaccess

I can execute .php files and vb_test.php do connect to DB and all test passed

    But when i upload tools.php

    /core/install/tools.php
    vBulletin 5 Tools

Call to a member function fetch_userinfo() on null

    Any ideas ?

For the future, you can get a more detailed error in these scenarios by putting the site into debug mode:

In addition to Debug Mode, if you have a valid email address listed as the technical contact in your /core/includes/config.php file and PHP is configured to send email, then you should receive an email with the error.

Posting the error on the screen can provide information to attackers to gain access to your system.
